Frequently asked questions

Twenty real questions about privacy, data, subscriptions, and what the app actually does — not a curated three.

Yes. Everything you log stays in local storage on your device. There's no account, no server, and no analytics — the app has nothing to send, because nothing here is built to collect it in the first place.

Whatever you've backed up is recoverable; anything since your last backup isn't, because there's no copy sitting on a server somewhere to restore from. You can create an encrypted backup any time, protected by a password only you hold — set a reminder to do it regularly if that matters to you.

No. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to log into. You open the app and start tracking.

There's a 14-day free trial, then it's €1.99/month — one subscription, no separate paywalls stacked on top for individual features.

Ten: English, Spanish, Greek, Russian, Italian, French, German, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.

Both, plus perimenopause and TTC (trying to conceive). It's built to follow you through different life stages, not just the one most period apps default to.

Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, OCD, and Tourette's — with dedicated, condition-specific fields, not a single generic checklist repurposed for all of them.

Optionally. You can export a limited, specific slice — your current cycle day, phase, and next predicted period — nothing else — as an encrypted file with a code you choose. It's a static snapshot you create on your own terms, not a live, ongoing sync.

Encrypted — with a password only you set and only you hold. There's no way for us to recover it if you forget it, because we never have it to begin with.

Little Greenhouse is still finishing its way to Google Play. The notify form on this page will email you the day it's live — nothing else, no spam.

Yes — PDF and CSV export are built in, alongside the encrypted backup option, so your data isn't locked into the app if you ever want it elsewhere.

Nothing is deleted. Your data stays on your device either way — a subscription controls access to the app's features, not whether your past entries exist. There's no remote server that could delete anything even if it wanted to.

No, not for tracking itself. The one place the app does talk to the network is Google Play verifying your subscription — everything else runs entirely offline.

Yes, and yes — PCOS was officially renamed Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) in May 2026. Same condition, same diagnostic criteria, new name; the app and our research page use both names during the transition period. Full detail on our research page.

A collectibles room you unlock creatures and decorations for by logging consistently — over 300 collectibles, earned through tracking, not bought with real money.

Yes — beyond the built-in fields, you can set up your own trackers for anything the defaults don't cover.

No, never. Every screening tool in the app — the PHQ-2 mood check-in, the PCOS/endometriosis pattern-checker, postpartum screening — is explicitly non-diagnostic. They're built to give you something concrete to bring to a doctor, not to replace one.

The cycle, pregnancy, and reproductive tracking is built for people who menstruate. The neurodivergence tracking isn't gender-specific — anyone can use those fields regardless of what else they're tracking.

Yes, anytime — through Google Play's own subscription settings, or from inside the app under Settings → Lock & Privacy → Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't retroactively refund the current period, except where the law requires it.

Yes — under EU consumer protection law, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions set out in that law.
