Your data, portable

Data & Export

Most apps make leaving expensive — your history stays locked where it is. Little Greenhouse exports everything, in two different ways, for two different reasons.

CSV — your complete history

One file, every day you've logged, one row each. Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or anything else that reads a spreadsheet.

Columns included

Date, mood, energy, stress, sleep hours, sleep quality, weight, water, tea, flow, symptoms, whether a diary entry was written (yes/no only — not its contents), and how many times sex was logged (a count, not detail).

The file is saved with a UTF-8 byte-order mark, specifically so it opens correctly in Excel regardless of which of the 10 app languages you're using — several use non-Latin scripts (Greek, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean), and without it Excel can garble or refuse non-English text.

PDF — a doctor-visit summary

A different export for a different purpose: one tap in Medications & exams builds a PDF summarizing everything logged since your last appointment — ready to bring with you, not a raw data dump.

Where these files go

Straight to your device's own storage — not through us, because there's no server for them to pass through. Neither export is encrypted by default, since they're for your own use; if you're sending either somewhere else, that's the same judgment call as sharing any other file from your phone.
