What ND tracking actually looks like, day to day

Four quiet fields, not a clinical checklist.

Open the Neurodivergence screen in Little Greenhouse and, whatever conditions you've selected, you'll see four fields that are always there: Sensory, Masking, Burnout, and Gut.

Why these four, specifically

They're not symptoms of any one condition — they're the things that show up across most neurodivergent experiences, regardless of diagnosis. Sensory load. The effort of masking. The exhaustion that follows. And gut symptoms, which track with stress and burnout more than people expect.

Then it adapts

If you've got Tourette's selected, a tic-frequency field shows up too. Dyspraxia adds fields for bumps and coordination. OCD adds compulsion burden. Dyslexia adds reading fatigue. The four universal fields stay constant; what sits above them changes based on what's actually relevant to you.

Each condition's fields are grounded in a real clinical instrument, not guesswork — see the sources for all six on our research hub.
